Position Overview
As a State Farm Agent Team Member - Sales, your primary responsibility will be to support the agency's sales efforts by generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and assisting with the sales process. You will work closely with the State Farm Agent and other team members to identify clients' insurance needs, provide personalized coverage options, and achieve sales targets. This is a dynamic and results-driven role that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: 40,000 - 60,000
