Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our agency's success, engaging with potential customers and helping them secure the right insurance coverage. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying and pursuing new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community outreach.
  2. Conducting consultative sales discussions to understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborating with the agency team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Utilizing sales tools and resources to effectively present insurance options and close sales.
  6. Managing and maintaining accurate customer records and policy information.

Requirements:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative with the following qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales preferred 
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  4. Goal-driven with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  6. State insurance licenses (or the willingness to obtain them) is a plus.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
