Job Title: State Farm Agency Team Member
Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our State Farm Agency as a Team Member in a part time role working 9-5 Monday, Wednesday and Friday OR Monday-Friday 10-3. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced agent and team members to help clients understand and select the best insurance and financial products to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing in a friendly and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Provide accurate and timely information about State Farm insurance and financial products
- Collaborate with agent to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance client coverage
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate modifications to ensure clients' coverage remains up-to-date
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including generating leads and participating in community events
- Maintain client records and update information in the agency's system
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus but not required
