ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
As a part-time Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nicole Wellman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will develop office and communication skills and build toward a career while responding to customers' needs, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

INITIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Handle incoming phone calls as well as walk-in customers and community members, you will provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Develop customer relationships and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. 
  • Perform outreach to potential new customers.
  • Develop leads in support of acquisition team.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:
  • By obtaining the proper insurance licenses, you will be able to discuss eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • With the proper insurance licensure, you can use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate existing customers about insurance options.
  • With the proper insurance licensure, sales opportunities to new customers will lead to a higher income.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving
