ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashley Nicholson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. As a licensed account manager, you will be responsible for assessing customer's insurance needs, providing expert advice on suitable coverage options, and guiding them through the process of securing appropriate policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of insurance products, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Policy Sales- effectively communicate the features, benefits and terms of various insurance policies, guiding them through the selection and purchase process
  • Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships, providing ongoing support and assistance to address their insurance related needs.
  • Policy Management- Assist customers with policy management tasks such as policy renewals, updates and billing 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active Georgia Property & Casualty License required
  • Active Georgia Life, Accident & Sickness License preferred (must be willing to obtain)
  • Must Reside in Georgia
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to meeting the needs of clients and providing personalized solutions 
  • High ethical standards and integrity in all dealings with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
