ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As team member for sales account manager, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Train and mentor junior staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
