**Position: Insurance Sales Representative**

**Requirements:**

- **Licensing:** Must be able to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
- **Customer Service:** Dedicated to providing excellent service and able to relate effectively to customers
- **Skills:** Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, auditory) and ability to make presentations to potential customers
- **Motivation:** Self-motivated with experience in marketing and achieving mutually agreed-upon marketing goals
- **Experience:** Sales experience preferred; proven track record for meeting sales goals is a plus

**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Focus:** Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop strong customer relationships
- **Lead Generation:** Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- **Ethics & Integrity:** Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each day
- **Communication:** Use exemplary communication to meet customer needs while promoting business development
- **Professional Growth:** Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert

**What We Offer:**

- **Compensation:** $35,000 - $60,000 per year, with salary plus commission/bonus opportunities

State Farm is Amanda's only career, and she thrives on helping customers build strong financial plans and prepare for retirement. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband (also a State Farm employee), their three teenage daughters, and their office dog.
