If so, you may want to consider joining our team at Morgan Hedderich State Farm. We are looking for a Full-Time Insurance Sales Producer to join our team at our office location in Cary, NC.
With this position, you will focus on generating new business & nurturing existing customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include meeting with prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, creating tailored insurance solutions, and keeping precise customer records.
As part of our successful team, we will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry, and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Plus Commission & Bonus ($50,000 - $70,000+ annually)

Responsibilities include:
- Achieve goals by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads
- Responsible for accurate underwriting and documentation
- Establish client relationships and follow up with new customers and existing customers as needed
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of products offered and rules/laws for our industry
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
Training Includes:
- Job shadowing with experienced representatives
- Internal as well as external product knowledge & sales training classes
- Learning to market property/casualty, life, health, and bank products
- Setting sales and growth goals
- First 90 days start up plan
Requirements:
- Sales experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Takes initiative and operates with full transparency and honesty
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to starting position)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain prior to starting position)
