ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Linton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for customers
- Assist with policy service requests and claims processing
- Assist the agency with meeting new business production goals and objectives through daily marketing activities
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain client records and update information as needed
- Assist with customer retention strategies
- Coordinate with other agency teams to ensure customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to manage competing responsibilities efficiently
- Aspiration to actively contribute to the agency growth and success
- Possess, or be able to obtain, relevant state insurance licenses
Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
