ROLE DESCRIPTION:
In a sales role for Allen insurance, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meet and exceed sales goals—daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Assist with policy applications, renewals, and provide top-notch service.
  • Stay sharp with product knowledge and ongoing training.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions (because details matter!).
  • Have strong phone skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re a natural at making connections.
  • A go-getter attitude with a knack for multitasking.
  • Experience in customer service or sales? That’s a plus!
  • A passion for helping people and making a difference in the community.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
  • Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the insurance and financial services industry. 
 
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $55,200.00 per year
