Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Gabriella Estrada State Farm Agency, you will create great experiences for our customers while helping our insurance agency grow. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will be vital in assisting our clients and meeting their needs. You will resolve inquiries, work with our team, and support the community we serve.
Key Responsibilities: (Listed but Not Limited To):
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Take payments and assist customers with billing issues.
- Help customers make changes or updates to their insurance policies.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Collect necessary documents and signatures from customers.
- Call customers to gather information for quotes and provide assistance with their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
