Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service in areas including: coverage questions, policy changes, requests for policy documents, payments, discounts and claims.
- Educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements
- Must be great with customers on the phone and in person
- Detail oriented
- Great problem solver
- Dedicated to customer service
- Work well in a team environment
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred but not required
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a local State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
Compensation: $41,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
