RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outbound calls to provided leads.
- Speak with customers and potential customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license preferred; training can also be supplied if needed.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
