This role focuses on protecting families with personalized insurance options through customer-first conversations to properly protect their future.
**Position Overview:**
As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a vital role in helping families secure their financial future. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored insurance plans. This position emphasizes relationship-building and delivering personalized service to ensure each customer receives the best possible solution. This position also offers the ability to handle customer retirement planning for customers if you have passed the Registered Representative licensing (Series 6, 63, 65).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and concerns.
- Conduct customer-first conversations to identify suitable insurance and financial options.
- Develop and present individualized life insurance plans.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of various life insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and trust.
- Follow up with customers to review their coverage and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations.
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Goal-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or financial services is a plus.
- Insurance Licensing, ability to pass licensing exams if not already acquired

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
