ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a licensed agent team member for Mike Edmondson/State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Be compliant with all company and state requirements.
Conduct both phone, and in-person, needs based interviews with clients.
Work full time, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Prior experience working as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
Active Georgia P&C license required.

Compensation: $39,000.00 - $48,750.00 per year
