ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Nate Wingert State Farm Agency is growing!  We love what we do, and we are excited to discover and add the next enthusiastic member of our sales team!

I am Nate, a local State Farm Insurance Agent for the past 11 years, and I am seeking an outgoing and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public.  Our mission is to help as many in our community to be protected from risk and prepare for their future - and we do this by selling State Farm auto, life, and health insurance.  Equally important, we work hard to take care of our growing customer base with their daily insurance needs, including when they face the unexpected. 

This position is primarily sales - you will become an expert in what we offer, market yourself, and conduct conversations and meetings to determine what each customers needs.  The right person will find these sales extremely rewarding as the products and services we sell truly protect members of our community & their families and can change their lives in significant ways.  We offer State Farm auto and life and health insurance and some exciting insurance and bank products like pet insurance and personal loans.

The candidate that we will select will work with the rest of our sales staff as well as our service team to exceed our customers' expectations that they feel valued & naturally refer their friends & family to us. Responsibilities

  • Learn & become an expert in each product and service we sell.  
  • Market yourself and our agency to grow our business.
  • Explain, discuss, offer, and overcome objections to sell the products and services State Farm offers.
  • Set and meet personal sales goals and help our team achieve promotions and achievements.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.   Although sales is your primary job description, you will work as a team to help our customers with their service and claims needs.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work with our close-knit team with excellent communication and a strong teamwork mentality
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in sales preferred.
  • Having insurance license is required.  A candidate with sales experience but no license yet can apply and become licensed, but having one already is preferred.
  • Bilingual sales person preferred
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
