Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Required to process customer payments & resolving billing inquires.
Qualifications:
- No currently enrolled student.
- No nonstudent considering returning to school in the future.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Must obtain Property / Casualty insurance license within first year of employment.
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Mid City Baton Rouge.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We have 36 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
