Our office has been proudly serving the community since February 2017, and we’ll be celebrating 8 years in business on February 1st! Located in the heart of historic downtown Abbeville, our building—over 120 years old—has a rich history, having previously served as a restaurant, dance hall, and attorney’s office. In 2023, it was completely gutted and beautifully remodeled to create a welcoming, modern workspace. We’re a close-knit team of four who share a passion for helping our clients and giving back to our community.

We are actively engaged in making a difference, sponsoring local sports teams, volunteering with Junior Achievement of Abbeville, supporting the Vermilion Chamber of Commerce, and participating in events like the Abbeville Christmas Stroll. Additionally, each full-time team member receives $500 annually to donate to local charities or sponsor community teams, allowing us to deepen our impact together.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tiffany Cardinale - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tiffany Cardinale - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
