As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Al Garcia - State Farm Agent, “With 24 years in business, our office stands as a testament to enduring expertise and reliability. Established in 2021, we have grown through dedication to quality, adaptability to change, and a deep commitment to serving our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $20,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
