Qualifications:
- You have an ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- You take initiative and enjoy "putting out fires" for customers in a timely and professional manner.
- You are comfortable multi-tasking and are very organized.
- You are goal driven and work well within a team.
- You must be able to obtain or currently own insurance licensing (P&C/L&H).

Responsibilities:
- Primarily receive incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries - provide a welcoming and warm introduction, listen to our customers needs, and assist in executing a solution.
- Develop additional leads by understanding customer's insurance needs and effectively communicating other insurance solutions.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor Agent and not with State Farm Companies. State Farm agents hire their own employees and are responsible for all training and licensing requirements for State Farm agent team members.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
